Farihah has assisted NADA with a few important projects, including a significant upgrade to our HQ in Tysons Va, as well enhancements to our Washington D.C. property on Capitol Hill. I continue to be impressed with Farihah’s knowledge and experience in all areas, including design, materials, construction, regulations, and project management. She is quick study who understands what we want to do, and easily translates this into a design that is functional and visually pleasing. Ms. Oliver was instrumental in developing the USDA HQ Business Case Study and HQ Housing Plan. Programming more than 3 million square feet and developing a long term strategy for maximizing space utilization were the stated goals. Her team’s recommendations were accepted and are in the process of being implemented; ultimately, allowing USDA to return all leased space. Ms. Oliver is the consummate professional.
